A shirt drawn from a line you typed.
lookunique is a small shop run by two people in Tallinn. You write a few words, our own AI farm draws them, and the one you choose is printed for you, to order.

Who we are
We are Priit and Karolin Pärna. Priit worked on Skype when it was still a handful of people in Tallinn and has built small software ever since; he made this shop and set up the AI farm that draws for it. Karolin taught French and today answers everyone who writes to anything we make, in five languages. When you write to the shop, one of us answers.
Why a shirt
Every shop sells the same ten prints. We wanted the opposite: a shirt that exists because you thought of it. So the front page is a line of text and a blank shirt. You type, our AI farm draws four pictures in the shop's hand, you pick one, and that shirt is yours.
A drawing stays in the shop after it sells. Send the link to a friend, or to the whole team, and they can order the same shirt.
The look
This is not a picture from a chatbot slapped on a shirt. Every drawing the shop makes is set in the same hand: separated ink dots, laid one by one over a tonal sketch, the way an engraver stipples a plate. Two shirts from two strangers look like they came from the same studio, and no two are alike. We chose dots because they print cleanly on cotton, read as a drawing rather than a photograph, and age well.
Getting there took weeks of trying, not a prompt. The dots are placed by our own code, tuned until a corgi's fur and a glass of beer both held at arm's length. A dark shirt was the hardest: an inverted drawing looks like a negative, a glow around the figure looks like a sticker, and we threw away three approaches before the one we print now, where the figure is carried in bone dots and the ink is the cloth showing through. The file the factory prints is drawn dot for dot at print resolution, and the shirt on your screen is that very file, so what you see is what arrives.
How a shirt is made
- You write a line, or send a photo.
- Our AI farm reads it first. It spells out what is unusual in your words and keeps the rest as you wrote it. A few things it declines, in a note: hate, sex, violence, a child with drink or drugs, brands, real people.
- It draws four pictures in the shop's hand, separated ink dots, and checks each against your words. A picture that misses something is drawn again.
- You choose the picture, the cut, the colour and the size. The print is set in centimetres on the chest, so what you see on the screen is what arrives.
- The shirt is printed to order in Germany and posted with tracking within 10 working days.
What we promise
Nothing is printed before you order it. A shirt printed to your order cannot come back for a change of mind; a misprint, a wrong size sent or a parcel that never arrives is ours to put right, free. The Terms of Sale say the same in longer words.
A photo you send is used for your drawing and for nothing else, and is never shown to anyone. The Privacy Notice has the details.
Our AI farm
The drawing is done on our own AI farm, which runs on solar power with a battery behind it. When the line gets long, rented computers draw the grey sketch for a while so nobody waits; the dots, the checking and the print file are always made here, in the shop's hand. Every picture is drawn fresh for your words. Nothing you type or send is used to train a model.
It is AI, and it gets things wrong. That is why it checks its own work against your words, why you get four pictures and not one, and why a person answers when you write.
In your assistant
You can make a shirt from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini too: from your words, a photo, or a picture the assistant made for you. Add this address to it as a connector — it asks for no account:

In ChatGPT it is under Settings, Apps; in Claude, Connectors; in Grok, grok.com/connectors; in Gemini, Connected apps. Then ask for a t-shirt. The order itself is always placed here, on lookunique.eu. More about it.
